Ingredients
ginger
garlic
onion
beef ribs, beef shank
soya sauce
oyster sauce
bay leaves
whole pepper corn
lemon juice
beef stock
salt & pepper
avocado oil
Instructions
1. Heat oil
2. Saute minced ginger, garlic and onion
3. Put in the beef ribs and beef shank
4. Mix and stir to incorporate all the ingredients, add a dash of salt & pepper
5. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the beef turn golden brown
6. Add 6-8 table spoon soya sauce, 1 table spoon oyster sauce, bay leaves, whole pepper corn
7. Pour in 3 cups beef stock, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for an hour or until the beef is tender
8. Remove the cover, add 3-4 table spoon freshly squeezed lemon or calamansi juice. Let it boil for 10-15 minutes, season according to your taste
9. Serve with rice, bread or anything that makes you happy
