Ingredients

* 500 gr chicken
* 100 gr of sun-dried tomatoes
* 250g orzo (risoni)
* 200 ml of cream
* 350 ml of chicken stock/boiling water
* 3 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 3 cloves of garlic
* 1 bunch of spinach
* 100 gr cheese

Preparing the ingredients
– Chop the chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and garlic into small pieces
– Mix the chicken with the paprika
– Grate the cheese

Preparation
– In a skillet, add olive oil and chicken in paprika.
– Stir and fry for 3-4 minutes.
– Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, fry for about 3-4 more minutes.
– Pour in orzo, add chicken broth/water and stir.
– Cover and cook over medium heat for about 5-6 minutes.
– When almost all the moisture has been absorbed, add the spinach, stir for another 3-4 minutes.
– Add cream and grated cheese, stir for a couple minutes and remove from heat.
– Enjoy!
