Fried ice dream with chocolate? I’d maybe do a white chocolate blondie, and maybe Carmel or butterscotch instead of chocolate syrup on top… I remember going to chi-chis at 10 years old and having fried ice cream!!! It was huge dessert, enough for whole family… and it was amazing!!!

I have the exact same stiff spatula. Pretty sure it came with my Cuisinart food processor. I also use it as a plastic knife to cut pies baked in nonstick pie tins.

I loved Chi-Chi's fried ice cream back when they actually fried it. When they started just rolling it in crumbs, it was ok but the taste was totally different.

I associate fried ice cream with the flavors of cinnamon, vanilla, and honey covered in crunchy corn flakes. Sometimes with chocolate, most times without, but always with whipped cream. 🤤
