Why buy this product?
I only buy crumbles to make my homemade blue cheese dressing which isn't to say they are not important. My supermarket deli puts out its own tub of bleu cheese crumbles and I have always liked them.
I saw treasure cove on the counter. That is just awful stuff! I really do like Roth. They sell solid pieces as well!
Why do you use back east but not out here in the west?
Any cave grown bleu cheese from the cool caves in Minnesota is best. Very creamy and flavorful.
I would devour all of thee, but Boar's Head brand is my personal go-to as is a lot of Boar's Head products.
Thanks to Lubalin, I learned that "blue cheese has mold in it…"
Love listening to Jack talk about food. I'm getting smarter and hungrier at the same time, haha!
I wish for ATK to do a review and explanation of white cheddar cheese. I mean what makes a cheddar cheese a white cheddar cheese? 🤔
I know this is nitpicking but ATK needs to stop using straws.
Maytag blue cheese is hands down the best. Its expensive but its worth it…
Clemson Bleu Cheese. Yummy.
My 11 year old first tried it when he was 8. He calls it "Ant Cheese" because he says it taste the same way ants smell like. He doesn't like it but I love it.

Roquefort still one of my faves. But too pricey.
America’s Test Kitchen has some of the best videos around. Interesting and useful.
I really miss the blue cheese cubes that came in a jar with herbs and olive oil. Was it Roseburg? Haven't seen that in years.
Unfortunately blue cheese is definitely an acquired taste! It’s One of the few food items I cannot eat🤮😂
I Like Boars Head. Sorry, Jack!
Crumbled? Get a chunk of Maytag, or, better, Point Reyes and compare with any of this stuff. There is no “crumble,” there is only Zool.
@ whoever is running this channel:
If I wanted to watch this again, I would -this is not TV; quit doing 'reruns'.
