Oven baked beef short ribs | recipe



4 lbs beef short ribs
1 tbsp creole seasoning
1 tbsp seasoned salt
1 tbsp.complete seasoning
1 tbsp bouillon
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 tbsp browning
1/3 cup green seasoning
additional bbq sauce for the end

  1. Let me tell you something lol …… I made this recipe exactly the way you did and had the butcher cut the ribs thin like you had them………baaaaybaaayy…. Those were by the far the best beef ribs I’ve ever had. My whole family raves about them. Thanks so much for the wonderful recipe. I really enjoy your channel!

  2. Mines came out burnt so I wasted a whole pack of beef short ribs. I think maybe you should say depending on your oven. I should’ve known at 375 for 2 hes is too long to cook any meat at that temperature 🤦🏽‍♀️

  3. Hey candy… they look delicious… do you make your own green seasoning…or can you buy it…I have some short ribs in the freezer… but I don't think it will be enough… have to go shopping soon… ribs will be on my list… thanks 🙏👍…

  4. ❤️that it’s not only tasty but inexpensive. When I emigrated to Canada in the ‘90s, I would grab a few packages of these cuts which were frequently marked down. The meat near those bones are most flavourful! Always a pleasure visiting your kitchen💜💚
