Ingredients:
2.5 to 3 lbs pork belly (1-inch thick strips)
Marinade:
1/4 cup banana ketchup
1/2 cup sprite
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbsp oyster sauce
juice from 1 lemon
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
6 cloves garlic
1 small yellow onion
For Grilling:
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Vinegar Chili Garlic Sauce
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
1/8 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
