Delicious oven baked peppered tilapia
3 large fresh tilapia
1/2 onion
2 fingers fresh ginger
3garlic cloves
3 stalks spring onions
1 habanero
1tsp fried rosemary
1tsp dried dried thyme
1 crayfish cube
1small maggi cube (optional)
Salt to taste
1/2 cup oil
Preheat oven at 180c and bake till ready
Bell pepper preparation:
3 Bell peppers
3 large spring onions

Tandoori curry tt
Garlic granules tt
Cayenne pepper tt
1 maggi (optional)
