  1. Delicious Oven Roasted Chicken!

    My Veggies were red potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, and garlic.

    Seasoned with pepper, Lawry’s seasoned salt, Cavenders Greek seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and olive oil.

    Butter paste, 2 sticks Kerry Gold garlic and herbs butter. Seasoned with the seasonings above and garlic pepper.

    Baked on 375 for 1 hour 45 minutes. Baste the chicken every 30 minutes

  2. Yikes!!!! What a joke… Not even close to healthy…but the cardiologist will let em know…get you a cook like that and you will have tons of seasoning in everything and sometimes you might taste the actual natural flavor of the food you eat. Pppl think adding veggies makes for healthy hypertension and heart attack. Using most your spice cabinet and zero herbs means you cannot cook.
