High Protein Overnight Oats Breakfast Smoothie | Oats Recipe | Easy Breakfast.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup rolled oats
15 almonds
3 Dates(madjool dates)
2 cup milk (Any milk)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 Apple, chopped
1tsp Chia seeds
Chopped nuts for garnishing
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, Dates, cinnamon powder and milk.
Refrigerate overnight.
In an another bowl, soak chia seeds and refrigerate overnight
In the morning, add chopped apples (or banana) and additional milk.
Blend until smooth and creamy texture.
Pour to a serving glass along with soaked chia seeds.
Garnish with some chopped nuts. Enjoy overnight oats smoothie.
Note: You can adjust the consistency of the smoothie by adding more or less milk, depending on your preference. You can also swap out the frozen mixed berries for any other frozen fruit you like.
