【鶏むね肉とキャベツのマヨポン炒め】 材料2人分 鶏むね肉1枚(300g) キャベツ1/4玉(300～350g) 油適量 Aマヨネーズ大さじ3 Aポン酢大さじ1と1/2 塩、粗びき黒こしょう適量 ①鶏むね肉は表面についている水分をペーパーでふき取り、そぎ切りにする。塩、粗びき黒こしょうで下味をつけ、片栗粉をまぶす。キャベツはざく切りにする。 ②フライパンに油を熱し、鶏むね肉を中火で炒める。 ③お肉の表面に焼き色がついたら、キャベツをのせて蓋をして弱火で約3分蒸し焼きにする。 ⓸キャベツが小さくなり、お肉に火が通ったら、Aを加えて炒め合わせる。粗びき黒こしょうで味をととのえる。 source
