    -500g Bread Flour
    -50g water, 2g yeast
    -10g ocean (SALT)
    -325g water

    OVEN TEMP – 475F (246C)
    this type of dough is 75% hydration.

    Seriously though this is why I hate baking. But I want bread.
    But you will never catch me measuring anything so itโ€™s either no bread or a freshly baked rock.

  3. I feel sorry for the people who have never had fresh baked bread. When I was growing up in the 1950's, bread would only last a day or two on the grocer's shelf. It was removed and sent to the thrift store. Today bread has so many perservatives, it rarely gets stale. My grandma used to bake bread every now and then. A sandwich on fresh bread is so much better than one made with store bought bread.
