Basa Fish Fillets – 4 Nos.
Salt – 1 tsp
Black pepper, crushed – 1 tsp

Tried frying store bought frozen Basa fillets for the first time. Thawed n tried frying them before checking out any recipe vidz… Tasted salty and wimpy 😭

Tried this recipe today and it came out really good, probably the best thing I have cooked. Served it with some oven roasted veggies and used garlic butter instead of regular butter for frying. Also used more quantity of spices for the marinade and added some fish masala too, total game changer 🙂
