  1. Just made it tonight after getting a cod from Costco and my husband wished for a Western style than Cantonese style fish. We were at local Edie’s V last week and he saw our friend had Parmesan crusted cod and suggested me trying to do it.

    We both were soooooo satisfied with the result! Absolutely easy to make and came out WOOOOOWWWWOOOWWWW!

    Do it and you can bake it for a big party and satisfy everyone!

  2. That was soo beautiful fish recipe Jeff! So flaky on the inside and crunchy on the outside absolutely tasty and delicious loved all the ingredients and the flavor of mayonnaise and dijon mustard are awesome the breading on top the parmesan crust everything is fantastic! Really great pairing with that awesome wine with the touch of mandarin orange i super love love it definitely a must try recipe❤️

  3. hi Jeff, finally back online, had some technical issues. Was so happy to see this recipe, Cod is one of my fav, I do really like catfish as well (I know lots of people dont, but I do lol). Definitely I am going to try this one. how wrong you can go with parmesan !?! lol Thank you for sharing it, looks delicious! Have a wonderful day my friend! 😍

  4. the crunchy top is interesting. and no mess at all, so easy and quick to coat since the cod has paste already so it sticks well. surely love it, I love fish Jeff! thanks again, perfectly done, not so brown, may be so tasty with a little lemon drop.
