Ugh i re-seasoned mine the other day, forat time i came back to it, it was rusted.
So that's why it's called a blackstone.
You needed one or two more coats, the sides are still brown.😢

is it ok to once in a while clean with mild soap + water and season it with oil? i'm not used to the idea of cooking and only clean with water and then oil it. I usually feel the need to use soap to wash it.
