Ingredients:
2 lbs Flank Steak.
4 tbsp Yogurt.
1 tbsp minced Garlic.
1 tbsp minced Ginger.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Red Chili powder.
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes.
1 tsp Coriander powder.
1 tsp Cumin seed powder.
1 tsp Garam Masala.
1 Onion.
1 tsp Cumin seeds.
1 Cinnamon Stick.
1 Star Anise.
2 Black Cardamom.
4 Green Cardamom.
6-7 Cloves.
7-8 whole Black Pepper.
Fresh Cilantro.
Recipe:
In a bowl add yogurt, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, red chili powder, red pepper flakes, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala. Mix it well. Add flank steak. Coat it well. Marinate over night.
In a pan heat some oil. Add onion and fry until golden brown. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, star anise, black & green cardamom, cloves, whole black pepper. Fry for a minute. Add beef. Fry on high heat for 7-10 minutes. Turn down the heat to low. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy.
