  1. To cook pasta:
    Pasta – 1 cup
    Water – 5 cup
    Salt
    Butter/ sunflower/ olive oil – 1 tbsp

    For pasta mixing:
    Butter/ olive oil – 2 tbsp
    Garlic – 2
    Onion – 1/2 of one
    Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
    Pasta stock water – 3/4 cup
    Salt
    Kashmiri chilly powder – 1 tsp
    Red chilly flakes – 1/2 tsp
    Oregano – 1/4 tsp
    Milk – 1/2 cup
    Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
    Cooked pasta
    Mozzarella cheese – a handful
    Butter – 1/2 tsp
