    Ingredients :
    – 200g of pasta
    – 1 small reblochon
    – 1 shallots
    – 6 slices of raw ham
    – Pepper
    – 1 or 2 garlic cloves
    – 10 cl of liquid cream
    – 4 spoon soup of white wine
    – Cooking the sauce for 5 minutes on low heat time to melt the cheese
