🍋 PASTA AL LIMONE – this is not your regular arrabiata or aglio e olio dish. This is one super simple recipe that you HAVE to try & I promise you will love it 😍

All you need is –
💦 Some Water & salt to cook the pasta
🧈 1 Tbsp Butter
🫒 2 tsp Olive Oil
🍋 Zest of 1 Lemon & Juice of 1/2 lemon
🍃 Some Parsley or Mint
🍝 100 g Pasta of your choice
🧀 2 to 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
🧄 2 to 3 cloves of Garlic
🥏 1/4 cup Pasta water
🧂 Salt & Pepper, to season
