La pasta molto bella, la fettuccina cruda sia per quanto riguarda le uova che per la farina, non credo sia consigliato mangiarla per il rischio salmonella ed E.coli.
Lo abbiamo fatto tutti, ci mancherebbe e non si muore, ma avendo visto una paziente ricoverata per salmonella in ospedale sono diventato più attento anche a questo😅.
