SOPA FRIA INGREDIENTS:
► 8 cups of water
► Some salt
► 1 lb. rotini pasta
► 15oz canned corn
► 5oz celery
► 2 roma tomatoes
► 3 oz green onion
► 5 oz pickled jalapeños
► 5 oz pickled carrots
► 15 oz tuna
► 4 tbsp mayonnaise (or greek yogurt)
► 1 tbsp mustard
► Salt and pepper to taste

Looks good. For less carbs you can skip the pasta and add chopped celery. I would still add everything else and to a tostada. Or pasta but not tostada, then I would use a fork. Either way it is so good.
