Never though to do that. I thinm I'll try both twisting the fork/tongsand rotating the plate. It seems to me that rotating the plate is likely to havr more consistent results, especially if you are not already a plating master. Thanks!
Use a big spoon and rotate it in the spoon bed then place on top of the plate, faster and far more effective
