RIP pasta.. big no to put oil while boiling the pasta
Are you suppose to use unsweet or sweet coconut milk ?!!
Use Thai curry paste instead of all other powdered ingredients and you will have a Superb Thai pasta ..
Try this and you won't regret it
The oil in wster is not nessary since it would prevent the sauce from being absorbed by the pasta.

This looks delicious 😋 darling. Even if you don’t add oil as long as you are staring the pasta continually the pasta will not stick together. I don’t cook pasta with oil and they Always come out very well. Very colourful dish. So yummy 😋
