  3. If anyone wants to elevate your Pavlova make a curd as well as the whipped cream. I usually make a lemon curd that I then mix into my whipped cream but I've also made a passion fruit curd as well. If you know what flavors are in a Banofee pie you can also use those for your flavors. I once made a double decker like this but they were 9in rounds and I used the Banofee flavors on it. It was so good πŸ˜‹
