  1. Everyone knows except you. But this receipe is healthier when prepare without sugar only. And we shouldn't mix any fruit with milk it's a wrong food combination. Instead of regular milk use coconut milk it is much healthier.

  2. My routine
    1 banana
    150ml milk with oats
    2 table spoon peanut butter
    Some peanuts
    Muscle blaze mass gainer 100gm
    (Only mass gainer gives me 460 cal, 2 table spoon peanut butter gives almost 150cal, milk gives 65cal, banana gives 105 cal, oats gives 60cal, peanut gives 50cal
    So total 890 cal
    (Only in night)
