Today we’re making a dupe recipe of the Beef Pepper Rice from the Japanese fast food chain, Pepper Lunch. It’s all about the sauces and they are mindblowingly simple to make.

If you don’t want to use beef, you can easily replace with salmon or chicken slices. While the Pepper Rice itself is for 1 serving, the sauce recipe makes for four servings.
