Sharing a seafood dish – Pepper Prawns, which takes me back to my college days in Bangalore. It’s easy to prepare and taste extremely delicious.

Ingredients:
Prawn Seasoning
Prawns Medium Size – 6 Nos
Salt – 1/4th Tsp
Turmeric – 1/4th Tsp
Lemon Wedge – 1 No

Pepper Masala
Oil – 1.5 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 Tsp
Curry Leaves – 1 Sprig
Garlic Chopped – 1.5Tbsp
Onion Chopped – 4 Tbsp
Pepper Prawn Crushed – 1/4 Tsp
Fennel Seeds Crushed – 1/4 Tsp
Soy Sauce – 30 ml
Water
Jaggery – 10 Gms
Mango Chutney – 20 Gms

Curd Rice
Soft Boiled Rice – 2 Tbsp
Curd – 1.5 Tbsp
Salt
Pomegranate Seeds – 2 Tsp
Boondi – 2 Tsp
Coriander Chopped – 1 Tsp
Ginger Chopped – 1/4 Tsp
