Perfect pork loin for dinner



800 grams of pork
salt
pepper
Dried onions and garlic
paprika
2 onions
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
Worcester sauce
Cover with food foil
Leave on for 20-30 minutes
butter
3 cloves of garlic
rosemary
Fry both sides of the meat for 1-2 minutes
olive oil
Lay out onions and meat
Bake at 180ºC for 35 minutes
Prepare a salad: red cabbage
paprika
parsley
salt
olive oil

    I'm getting better but I do not like to cook
    Stopped eating frozen meals bought good protein and lots of salad and some veg n fruit
    I really need to pull some weight down

    Note, Costco brand 11.99 balsamic vinegar is the best big bottle
    I've lost almost 5 lbs, got 54 more to go
