You cooked that steak way too long 30 seconds on each side maximum and you're good to go.
Underrated asf, looks really good!
Also you can flip the Steak every 30 seconds to reduce the risk of a grey Band, keep the temperature lower when u baste, so it foams up and the milk solids dont burn and u can Salt from a higher hight as well to get a more even coverage, especially on the fatty side because fat and Salt go Hand in Hand. Still a great result doe keep it up brother!
