🌟 Carne Asada Marinade:
1 lb steak (carne asada)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Mexican oregano
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 1 lime
Sliced onions & chopped cilantro
✨ Marinate 1 hr or overnight
🔥 Grill:
Grill steak 5–8 min per side
Rest & chop into small cubes
Grill tortillas
🌿 Salsa Verde:
1 lb tomatillos (boiled or roasted)
½ onion
2–3 garlic cloves
1–2 jalapeños
Salt, cumin, Mexican oregano
Handful cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Optional: 1 avocado for creaminess
✨ Blend until smooth
🥑 Build Tacos:
1. Warm tortilla
2. Add steak cubes
3. Top with onions & cilantro
4. Drizzle with salsa verde
5. Finish with fresh lime juice
