Ingredients:
– 2 cup Pasta (mix of Penne, Fusilli, etc.)
– 3 – 4 tbsp Basil Pesto Sauce
– 10 – 12 Cherry Tomatoes
– 10 – 12 Bocconcini (you can substitute with Paneer)
– 2 Cucumbers
– 1 tbsp Olive Oil
– 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
– 2 Walnuts (you can substitute with some unsalted peanuts)

Instructions:
1. Cook pasta beyond al dente in salted water (and rinse well after cooking)
2. Dice cheery tomatoes, bocconcini, and cucumber
3. Finely crush walnuts
4. Add pasta, olive oil, basil pesto sauce, crushed walnuts, and parmesan cheese to a bowl and mix well
5. Add diced cherry tomatoes, bocconcini, and cucumber to the above mixture and mix well
6. (optional) Garnish with oregano seasoning before serving
