Pickle lovers, it’s time to remix your sando with pickle bread 🤤🥒 #pickles #sandwich #shorts



Pickle ‘bread’ sandwich
Serves 2 | Prep 5 mins (+ cooling time) | Cooking 20 mins

4 Coles Polski Orgorki Dill Cucumbers, sliced lengthways
1⅓ cups (320g) coarsely grated tasty cheddar
½ avocado, stoned, peeled, thickly sliced
80g shaved turkey or ham
Alfalfa sprouts, to serve

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place the pickle slices on a plate lined with paper towel and pat dry.
2. Arrange half the cheddar into 4 piles on the lined trays, spreading to a 12cm square. Arrange pickle slices, side by side, over the cheddar. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar.
3. Bake for 20 mins or until cheddar melts and is golden and crisp. Set aside to cool slightly.
4. Carefully peel 2 pieces of pickle ‘bread’ off the baking paper and divide between serving plates. Top ‘bread’ with avocado, turkey or ham and alfalfa sprouts. Season. Top with remaining pickle ‘bread’ to serve.
