Start your day out with our healthy green smoothie made with Pineapple and cucumber…not to mention many other healthy ingredients! This anti inflammatory smoothie recipe will make you feel great!
Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie Recipe:
1/2 cup of ice
3/4 cup coconut water, or water
1/2 English cucumber, chopped
1/2 a bunch flat leaf parsley, leaves only, chopped
1 medium lemon, peeled and seeded
1 cup fresh pineapple, frozen
5 drops liquid stevia, optional (we did not need, it was sweet enough)
fresh ginger, optional (we love it)
Place all the ingredients in a large blender and blast on high 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.
Divide in two cups
