🔸Spinach ( Palak ) – 1 Handful
🔸Ginger ( Adrak ) – 1/2 Inch
🔸Lemon Juice ( Nimbu Ka Ras ) – 1/2 Tsp
🔸Water / Coconut Water ( Paani / Nariyal Paani ) – 1/2 Cup
🔸Chia Seeds – 1 Tsp

🔸Add all the ingredients except chia seeds in the blender.
