► 2 fresh corn (or canned corn)
► 1 lb of chicken
► Salt and pepper to taste
► 2 minced garlic cloves
► 1/2 white onion
► 4 roasted poblano peppers
► 1 Anaheim pepper
► 4oz cream cheese
► 1 jar crema Mexicana
► 1 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon

Good idea only I would avoid the cream cheese (good but too much fat) and also the bullion (too much salt) Don't get me wrong, I like chicken but I make it using only poblanos, onions crema, little salt & pepper. ❤

Yes, I also believe fresh corn kernels off the cob make a huge difference, or if I’m in a pinch and don’t have fresh I always have frozen on hand, but never canned. 🫶🏼
