Dough:
3 cups of flour
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1 cup -227g of Unsalted Frozen butter
1/4 cup of ice water
Blend the ingredients well.
Put in freezer for 10min.
Filling :
2 cups- 500g of pomegranate jam
Cover the pie:
Sprinkle 1/2 spoon of sugar
Apply egg yolk
Baking on 360F for 20 minutes and Enjoy!
