Here’s a substitute recipe that is actually “poor man’s Wellington”
(1) 5 Lb pork loin ($7)
(2) Mushrooms from garden,(free!)
(3) Dough homemade – Water, Salt, Sugar, Flour. (Most of These are in your cabinets)
Salt/pepper to taste (optional)
The 3 things above would be considered cheap, not sure how it will compare or taste , but that’s the whole point of naming it (Poor man’s Wellington)
