***Pork and Marianting***
100 g pork slices
1 tbsp. light soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 tbsp. minced ginger or grinded ginger
3 tbsp. tapioca starch + 2 tbsp. water
***Soup***
3 slices of ginger
3 smaller bok choy or 2 larger ones
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. salt or to taste
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1.5 L water
