They are called carnitas with love. Making anything diminutive in Spanish usually equates to extra love and affection hehe. Nothing small about the favour.

Be careful with the salt, though. I used half as much salt as called for and it was still too salty for me.

This looks like a good recipe, but I think I would do a quick pan fry to crisp it up without drying it out.
I'm totally gonna make this. Maybe brown it a bit on the stove first and eat it with sour cream and feta cheese. I already know it's delicious!

This guy definitely sounds like someone that you wish you could punch in the face but damn is this recipe good.
The juice dried and burnt…. Was it because i did not cover it with foil tight enough? Or i did not put enough pork?
This is a good recipe but I finally got around to cooking Carnitas as it was originally cooked, In lard, and I have to say that nothing even comes close to the more original cooking method. I doubt I'll ever cook Carnitas any other way now.
