Salt – 1 tsp
Turmeric / Haldi powder – ¼ tsp

Kashmiri Red Chillies – 2
Bedgi Red Chillies – 1 to 2
( If you want it less spicy, you can use 1 Bedgi Red Chilli instead of 2 )
Cumin / Jeera seeds – ½ tsp
Black Peppercorns – ½ tsp / around 30
Cinnamon stick – ½ inch stick
Cloves – 4
Ginger – ¾ inch piece
Garlic – 8 medium size cloves
Goan Vinegar – 2 tbsp
( If Goan Vinegar is not available, Apple Cider or Palm Vinegar can be
used )

Sugar – ½ to 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Cooking Oil – 1 tbsp
Water – ½ cup + 1 tbsp / 135 ml
Water – ¼ cup / 60 ml
