Overdone and dry as f*** little word to the wise you can serve pork with it blushing in the middle the bacteria from any meat is on top of the skin once you take that outside temperature to I think it's like what 131 or whatever it kills all the bacteria at the inside me is raw there's no bacteria you can get worms but I mean that's neither here nor there who doesn't want to be skinnier this s*** is dry as f*** I wouldn't give it to my dog b**
