Pork Mechado | How to Cook Pork Mechado | Easy Recipe



Pork Mechado recipe is a Pinoy version of Spanish pork stew. It is one of our tomato-based dishes, alongside with it are Menudo, Afritada and Kaldereta. In this dish, i put sugar and it completes the overall taste of this dish. Happy cooking!

Ingredients:

1 kg pork sliced into cubes
2 large potatoes cubed
2 carrots sliced
1 large bell pepper sliced
1 broth cube
1 lemon or calamansi
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 can 400g tomato sauce
1 glass water
6 cloves garlic chopped
2 large onions diced
1 tbsp sugar
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
cooking oil

  1. Wala kwenta.nakasulat sa video mo mix well pero hindi mo man lang hinalong maiige.abala ba yung isang kamay mo sa paghawak ng cam?sana kumuha ka ng camera man para may tagahawakdun sa cam at nakafocus yung dalawamobg kamay sa pagluluto.
