Pork Miso Ramen Recipe (Tips to Making Instant Noodles More Delicious) | Cooking with Dog



This quick and easy Miso Ramen uses instant noodles but we will show you how to make it more delicious. A large amount of vegetables and meat with the roughly chopped garlic clove make the ramen so delicious!

How to Make Miso Ramen

(serves 1)
1 package of Instant Ramen Noodles, Miso
2~3 Thin Pork Belly Slices (correction: The pork is belly slices, not loin slices.)
1 Large Garlic Clove, Chopped
80g Cabbage (2.8 oz)
70g Moyashi Bean Sprouts (2.5 oz)
¼ tsp Doubanjiang – Chili Bean Paste
½ tsp Miso
½ tsp Soy Sauce
½ tsp Oyster Sauce
Sesame Oil
400ml Hot Water

3 tbsp Corn, Canned
3 tbsp Spring Onion Leaves, Chopped

<材料>1人分
インスタントラーメン(みそ):1袋
豚バラ肉(薄切り):2〜3枚
にんにく粗みじん:大さじ1かけ分
キャベツ:80g
もやし:70g
豆板醤:小さじ1/4
みそ:小さじ1/2
醤油::小さじ1/2
オイスターソース:小さじ1/2
ごま油:
熱湯(スープ用):400ml

とうもろこし水煮:大さじ3
万能ねぎ(小口切り):大さじ3

  2. Will it taste the same if it has no pork or alcohol? As I am muslim and cannot consume pork or alcohol (Alcohol is okay in food as long as no more than .5% of alcohol remains after cooking). I hope the answer is yes. As I still want the taste of authentic ramen. ;'(

  3. Bringing back memories of my visit to Japan 3 months ago, whenever I would turn on the TV in the hotel there was always something about food.
    I never had anything that I would consider bad food whilst in Japan ! (Except at Disneyland, but what else can you expect from a them park)
