Salt
Coconut oil

Green chill —————— 1 or 2
Curry leaves —————-few
Fennel powder————– 1/2 tsp

    And the pork was a hit. Only the oil
    In the pan was left over. My hubby being a Manglorean liked this Kerala style preparation. Otherwise year after year I make sorpotel. This was a welcome change for me.

    Personally, I don’t eat pork. But my eldest son & husband will surely relish this. My youngest boy and I don’t eat pork. Thanks so very much Mahima.
