5 Tbsp oil
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ajwain
1/2 Cup Water
FOR STUFFING:
3 Boiled Potatoes
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Haldi powder
1 Tbsp Salt
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
Fredh Coriander Leaves ( Chopped)
2 -3 Green Chillis
3 – 4 Tbsp Cornstarch (arraroath )
