๐ŸŒฎ Big Mac Smash Tacos ๐ŸŒฎ

Ingredients:
โ€ข ๐ŸŒพ 3 taco tortillas
โ€ข ๐Ÿฅฉ 150g lean minced beef
โ€ข ๐Ÿง€ 3 slices low-fat cheddar cheese
โ€ข ๐Ÿง… Chopped red onion
โ€ข ๐Ÿฅฌ Iceberg lettuce
โ€ข ๐Ÿฅ’ Pickle slices

Big Mac Sauce:
โ€ข ๐Ÿฅ„ 30g low-fat mayo
โ€ข ๐Ÿ… 20g sugar-free ketchup
โ€ข ๐ŸŒญ 10g mustard
โ€ข ๐Ÿฅ’ 1 tbsp chopped pickles

Instructions:
– Divide the minced beef into 3 portions and press each onto a tortilla.
– Cook tortilla-side up on a hot pan until the beef is browned, then flip and crisp up the tortilla.
– Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
– Remove from heat and top with chopped red onion, iceberg lettuce, and pickle slices.
– Mix all the Big Mac sauce ingredients and drizzle over the tacos.
