๐ฎ Big Mac Smash Tacos ๐ฎ
Ingredients:
โข ๐พ 3 taco tortillas
โข ๐ฅฉ 150g lean minced beef
โข ๐ง 3 slices low-fat cheddar cheese
โข ๐ง
Chopped red onion
โข ๐ฅฌ Iceberg lettuce
โข ๐ฅ Pickle slices
Big Mac Sauce:
โข ๐ฅ 30g low-fat mayo
โข ๐
20g sugar-free ketchup
โข ๐ญ 10g mustard
โข ๐ฅ 1 tbsp chopped pickles
Instructions:
– Divide the minced beef into 3 portions and press each onto a tortilla.
– Cook tortilla-side up on a hot pan until the beef is browned, then flip and crisp up the tortilla.
– Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
– Remove from heat and top with chopped red onion, iceberg lettuce, and pickle slices.
– Mix all the Big Mac sauce ingredients and drizzle over the tacos.
