📍 RECIPE – PRAWNS FRY (ANDHRA STYLE) 📍

INGREDIENTS:
• Prawns (Peeled & Deveined) = 500 gm
• Oil = 1/4 Cup = 60 ml
• Onions = 2 Medium (finely chopped)
• Green Chilli = 4 (slit vertically)
• Ginger-Garlic Paste = 1 TBSP
• Salt = 1 tsp + (1/2 tsp for Onions)
• Red Chilli Powder = 1 TBSP
• [ OPTIONAL ] Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder = 1 TBSP
• Dhaniya Powder = 1 TBSP
• Garam Masala = 1 tsp
• Jeera Powder = 1/2 tsp
• Pepper Powder = 1/2 tsp
• Curry Leaves = handful
• Lemon Juice = 1/2 Lemon

PROCESS:
• Heat Oil in Kadai and keep stove on medium flame
• Add [ Onions + 1/2 tsp Salt ]
• Fry Onions till light golden brown
• Add [ Ginger-Garlic Paste ]
• Add [ Green Chilli ]
• Fry well till oil separates.
• Add [ Salt ]
• Add [ Red Chilli Powder ]
• Add [ Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder ]
• Add [ Dhaniya Powder ]
• Add [ Garam Masala ]
• Add [ Jeera Powder ]
• Add [ Pepper Powder ]
• Fry little bit
• Add [ Prawns ]
• Mix Well
• Keep lid for some time and fry till Prawns well cooked.
• You can open lid and fry for some more time if you want full roasted prawns
• Add [ Curry Leaves ]
• Switch off stove
• Add [ Lemon Juice ]

Note: Adjust Salt, Lemon, Red Chilli Powder as per your spice preferences.
