Taste spring better with this Pretty Peach Please Smoothie. You will not taste the avocado by the way, but it brings so many health benefits! Tasty and fullfilling as a breakfast, lunch, pre-workout or post-workout. This smoothie is a perfect start as a smoothie bowl. Just pour the content in a bowl and add more fruit, seeds and nuts to your liking.

Ingredients for 1 smoothie: 1/2 avocado, 1 peach, 200 ml plantbased milk, 1 tsp cinnamon, honey (this is not vegan!) or maple syrup to taste, nuts and seeds optional.

Cut avocado and peach in chunks. Place all ingredients in a smoothie maker. Blend smooth. Enjoy right away.
