  1. NW Montana here. Gonn'a give this a shot. My only change is, I have quit cube butter. You boys (I can say that, I'm in my 60's, yeah some of you got years on me.) GHEE, save the oil for seasoning the cast iron. It started with popcorn in the Whirly Pop. No oil just ghee, best popcorn I have ever had. If you are scratchin yor head thinking what the hell is he talk'in about, ghee is clarified butter, liquid butter. Made sliders for the Mrs. & me. Recipe… melt butter, I laugh to myself grabbed the jar of ghee, set it with the rest of the "Mess in place" She ate well that night. Love the videos and you guys, don't stop, keep the videos coming.

  3. Horse doovers to me is Lay's potato chips, maybe pork rinds, or grilled crab legs with garlic butter, depending on how much I like the guests. (In-laws = chips). You must like your guests.
