They sold me 2nd quality knives. I complained and the owner to me to go F myself basically. I found their vendor and told them. They sent me a new knife and made him do the same. Lots of good stuff on here. Was just very disappointed the owners response.
You need to fire the bone head who was carving those roasts, must have been the first meat he ever cut.

BEEF is a bit bizarre, , It had happened to me for few times,, RARE roast beef that with bloody appearance at the time it had been cut out, BUT couple minutes later it can turn quite well done due its own high heat literally cooking on its own,,
