To me, real crab meat and imitation crab meat are two completely different things. Both are tasty and I'd eat both without hesitation, but theyre just different foods really.

its uses things that would usually get thrown out in the western world, its a good thing in my opinion and its tastes fine in a "lobster roll" or salad
